Leasing Services By default, we check employment and landlord references on prospective tenants. You are welcome to use any restrictions on rentals, such as no-pets or non-smokers. We start advertising as early as 5 weeks out depending on notice dates. We take on both furnished/unfurnished rentals and our minimum lease term is one year. · Monthly Management Fee at a minimum of $100.00 per month · 10% of monthly rent for residents of Florida · 12% of monthly rent for non-residents of Florida · $250.00 one-time setup fee · $250.00 leasing fee We require an initial $250 deposit to our escrow account to offset outside advertising charges.
