I am sure that you have heard that the Jacksonville real estate market is a disaster. I am sure that like most, you believe the best practice is to avoid buying or selling a home in Jacksonville all together right? I have to disagree. This is by far the best time to buy and sell real estate in Jacksonville for several reasons. 1.) If you want to sell your home you are more than able to get listing commissions that are lower than at the height of the market. 2.) If you are buying a home in the Jacksonville market, you can find some extraordinary deals. 3.) If you remember, a home is an investment not a cash cow therefore if you look at the overall gains of selling your home (even at a loss) and the purchase of a new home, you are surely going to see positive results.
